Description

The TIRFM system allows users to perform high speed and high sensitivity imaging with total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy (TIRFM) to for example observe (single molecule) receptor dynamics and signaling assemblies in living cells. This systems is an Olympus IX-71 widefield fluorescence microscope with a 4-lines TIRF system (Olympus Mitico) and an EM-CCD camera (Hamamatsu ImagEM).

Costs: 31.50 euro/h. Training: 63.50 euro/h.
