Description
The Zeiss Axio Observer system is a widefield microscope that allows researchers to capture high resolution, multi-color images of fixed and living cells. The systems is equipped with an Ibidi stage incubator for time-lapse imaging of several hours. The system can perform single excitation-dual emission analysis, ratiometric analysis of cytosolic and intra-organellar ion concentrations and qualitative and quantitative imaging of cell and organelle morphology and mobility.
 
Costs: 17.50 euro/h. Training: 49.50 euro/h.
