Full nameZeiss LSM900 upright
Description

The upright Laser Scanning Microscope 900 (LSM900) allows fluorescence imaging of dyes excited by 405, 488, 561, and 640 nm. The microscope is equipped with 5x, 10x, 20x, 63x (oil) and 100x (air/LWD) objectives. In addition, the LSM900 can detect the emitted light with an area detector (Airyscan detector) to improve the lateral and axial resolution by ~1.7 times.

The LSM900 is also equipped with a cryogenic stage (Linkam), which allows fluorescence imaging of samples (e.g., HPF carriers and TEM grids) at  –196°C.  For more information on the cryo-(correlative) workflow, please contact us.
