Automated live cell imaging microscope for sensitive fluorescence and brightfield imaging of multiwell imaging plates and microscope slides. The complete pipeline of sample installation, addition of water immersion, focusing, imaging and analysis has been automated on this microscope, enabling you to perform complex live cell imaging measurements on multiple wells simultaneously. Furthermore, the microscope can perform on the fly image analysis (e.g., fraction of cells in mitosis) and image guided microscopy (e.g., recognize sample in chambers, or zoom in on mitotic cells at higher magnification, ...). Images can be processsed with background supression filters and deconvolution. Finally, the microscope can be used for measurements under hypoxia.
Objectives, can be applied with 0.5x, 1x and 2x internal magnification to camera:
  • Plan-Apochromat 5× / 0.35, WD 5.1 mm, thin vessel up to 1.2 mm PS
  • Plan-Apochromat 20x/0,7 autocorr, WD = 2.2 mm, thin vessel up to 1.2 mm PS
  • Plan-Apochromat 50x/1,2 W autocorr met auto immersie, FWD = 0.84 mm, thin vessel
Epi-Fluorescence light source with 7 LEDs (385 / 420 / 470 / 520 / 567 / 590 / 625 nm)
Carriers: petri-dish 35/60 mm, slides 76x26 mm, slides / Lab-TekTM chambers 57x26 mm, multiwell plates (thick PS-bottom culture plates and thin plastic or glass-bottom imaging plates).
Costs: 21.00 euro/h. Training: 53.00 euro/h.
