Status | green | Short name | 1. SP8 AOBS-WLL Confocal | Full name | Leica SP8 AOBS WLL Confocal with online Deconvolution | Description |
The SP8x confocal scanning microscope (Leica-microsystems) is mounted on a fully motorized DMi8 microscope on which x, y, z, t and lambda, sequential scans can be acquired at multiple positions, and in (z-stack). There are functions for stitching, and digital “best focus” determination in z-stacks. Deconvolution can be done on the CUDA PC equipped with Huygens Essential software and/or the HyVolution software module. Life-cell imaging can be performed thanks to a chamber with controlled temperature, CO2 and relative humidity.
